If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with SweetTelegram's Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

b. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

c. Sufficient contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

d. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any federal district court in which SweetTelegram may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification or an agent of such person.

e. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers:

SweetTelegram reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
